Stretch Services

  • The Half Flex is a 30-minute total body stretch that consists of upper body, lower body, and back stretches done at the location of your choice

    (Monday - Thursday Only) (Limited to Midtown Manhattan, Eastern and Downtown Brooklyn, Eastern Queens, Nassau County)

  • The Full Flex is a 60-minute total body stretch that consists of upper body, lower body, neck and back stretches done at the location of your choice!(Monday - Thursday Only) (Limited to Midtown Manhattan, Eastern and Downtown Brooklyn, Eastern Queens, Nassau County.)

  • The Half Flex is a 30-minute total body stretch that consists of upper body, lower body, and back stretches at our studio in East Elmhurst, Queens. (Friday - Sunday Only)

  • The Full Flex is a 60-minute total body stretch that consists of upper body, lower body, neck and back stretches at our studio in East Elmhurst, Queens. (Friday - Sunday Only)

  • 4 In - Studio Half Flex sessions. Clients may use 2 half sessions to combine for a Full Flex session.

  • 8 In - Studio Full Flex sessions.
